We made a short trip up to Ruidoso NM for the day to ride the killer local trails. The area feature rich and has some cool jump lines and one offs. We started the day at Monjeau Peak. The shuttable trail is easily accessible via the ski run road and boasts a series of tight swooping berm terns and quick speed jumps. After doing 5 runs at Monjeau's we headed back into town to Cedar Creek where there is a nice little flow trail with a few jumps and gaps. Everything was going well with all the guys hitting the line well and then nature got vicious. A tree randomly attacked Myles A. as he went for the step up out the ravine. I have never seen a tree act this way! Very disturbing... Here are some pics from the day.
